Add a widget
- Open Settings › Widgets.
- Pick a size.
- Add it to the current mode’s dock, or to the desktop with + Desktop.
Each mode keeps its own widgets, and a widget only works while its mode is showing.
Widgets that need a key or permission
| Widget | What it needs |
|---|---|
| Next Event | Calendars permission |
| Reminders | Reminders permission |
| Word Count | Accessibility |
| GitHub, Vercel, Linear, Sentry | A key in Settings › Timer & Accounts |
| Revenue | A key for Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Paddle or Dodo Payments |
Keys are stored in your Mac’s Keychain, never in plain files.
Desktop widgets
Desktop widgets sit bigger, in a top corner of the main display, and swap with the mode. With two or more displays you can pick another one in Settings › Appearance, or drag them anywhere.
